To run the service, send OTPs, invoices and renewal reminders, provide support and keep the platform secure.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. We never see or store your card details.
You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us. After account closure data is deleted as per our retention policy.
Passwords are stored hashed, secrets are encrypted, every hospital has its own database, and important actions are logged.
